Hello crafty friend, I hope all is well with you and yours!
Seeing as it is October, I thought I'd share a card I made a few years back in support of Breast Cancer. Like everyone else, I know a lot of people who have been affected by BC. Several relatives were snatched away from us by this horrible disease. My Favourite colour is pink, my favourite month is Oct. and my favourite thing to support is BC. I cut an Ampersand out with my cricut in white and pink card stock, the white was cut in shadow and I am not positive of the size because back then I didn't know about blogging and keeping track of products used etc. But judging by the card I would say it is one of my 5X7 cards, and the Ampersand was cut out at 6.5". I just cut off the parts I didn't need to make it resemble the cancer ribbon as close as I could. Now I have the pink journey cart for the pink cricut expression so I can just use it. YAY, told you I support breast cancer. LOL Hope you like my card!

ReplyDeleteSuper fun and creative! Way to use your noggin' to cut the ampersand! Genius and inspiring to those of us who don't have a journey cart to print out the ribbon! TFS!
