My first Guest Designer spot

Yay....I play over at The Outlawz and really love it there. Different challenge everyday, but that doesn't mean you have to knock yourself out trying to do them all, although I do, lol! Anyway, I was asked to be a guest designer for the Wednesday sketch challenges for the month of Dec. '11. WOW  what an honour, I was ecstatic when I got the msg. asking if I would like to, like to? LOVE TOOOO LOL. Thank you so much  to Sandi, Melanie, Pat and Trina for asking me to join them in making cards for my all time fave season!
So this is my card for the first week's challenge, Dec. 7th.

Challenges
The prize for the challenges this month is two digital images from Michelle Perkett, so I made a card with one of her images for you. This stamp reminds me of a Christmas dance recital, and would be perfect for any little girl that has a recital, but it's also perfect for a daughter or niece card for a little girl that loves to dance or takes dance lessons. This little girl reminds me of the daughter of a girl I work with. I printed it 3X so I could pop up the layers of the skirt to give her some dimension and more interest. Used stickles on her skirt to make it shimmery and used an embossing folder from the Winter woodland set. It was perfect for this sketch as it gave me the wavy edges and framed the main image, awesome! :)
Thank you for stopping by my blog today to see what I have been up to lately. I hope you have been inspired to create something fun, maybe even decided to use the sketch! Cool....would love to see what you've been up to, leave me a comment so I can pop by your blog and check it out.
